Data controller

The data controller is R’U SAFE, a simplified joint-stock company with share capital of €82,850, whose registered office is at 188 avenue Jean Mermoz, 64000 Pau, France, registered with the Pau Trade and Companies Register under number 890 748 270. Data collected and purposes

The contact form collects only the information entered in its fields: name, organisation, job title, business email address, need, timeline and message. This information is used to respond to your request, prepare for a discussion and follow it up.

To protect the form against abuse, a temporary hash of the IP address may also be used to enforce a rate limit. The IP address is not added to the email message.

Legal basis and recipients

Processing contact requests is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request. The security rate limit relies on R’U SAFE’s legitimate interest in protecting the form. Data is accessible to authorised R’U SAFE personnel and to the technical providers required for hosting and email delivery, acting on R’U SAFE’s behalf. The website is not connected to a CRM, newsletter platform or appointment-booking service.

Retention period

Contact requests are retained for as long as necessary to process them and follow up the relationship, then deleted or archived when retention is no longer necessary, subject to applicable legal obligations. Emails may also remain in the recipient mailbox according to R’U SAFE’s retention rules and those of its email provider.

Hosting-related technical data is managed by IONOS under its own retention rules. The form’s abuse-prevention mechanism uses a temporary file in the PHP environment; the website does not set a separate application retention period for it.

Hosting and security

The website is hosted by IONOS SARL, 7 Place de la Gare, BP 70109, 57201 Sarreguemines Cedex, France. Form data is sent over HTTPS to our server and then by SMTP to the recipient email address configured by R’U SAFE. IONOS states that processing related to its Web Hosting products takes place within the European Union and is not transferred to third countries. R’U SAFE applies reasonable security measures and restricts access to authorised personnel.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, ask for inaccurate data to be corrected or erased, request a restriction of processing, object to certain processing and, where applicable, request data portability. To exercise your rights, email contact@rusafe.fr. We will respond within the period required by law. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data-protection authority.

Cookies and trackers

The website does not set advertising, analytics or tracking cookies and does not integrate services such as Google Analytics, Matomo, reCAPTCHA, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Fonts, Calendly or a chatbot. No consent banner is therefore required in the current configuration.

The video journey uses the browser’s local storage, not a cookie, to remember access unlocked after the videos have been watched in full. This technical information is retained for 60 days and is used solely for the requested operation of the website.

A link to Google Maps appears in the legal notice. Google is contacted only if you choose to follow that link. Any future addition of a tracker or third-party service will be reflected in this policy before it is introduced.
